In addition to tutoring, I have also undertaken the following roles:

  • Administrator, History for Diversity in Mathematics INI Network (February 2023-May 2024). The History for Diversity in Mathematics Network is a network of like-minded academics, who are finding new ways to use the history of mathematics to promote equality, diversity and inclusion principles in the mathematics curriculum.   • STEP coach, University of St. Andrews Summer Team Enterprise Programme (May-July 2022). The St. Andrews STEP (or Summer Team Enterprise Programme) is a developmental opportunity for all students at the University St. Andrews. Interested students are allocated into teams, and each team is provided with a research project that they must work on for the 6-week duration of the project.   • Piscopia Representative, University of St. Andrews (September 2021-December 2023). Piscopia is a network of students and researchers who run events to encourage women and non-binary students to pursue PhDs in Mathematics.   • Private tutor, tutoring National 5 maths students (January 2021-May 2023)
